Emergency meeting address immediate issues involving governance and operation and to ensure continued operations of school, including (i) appointment of Executive Administrator, teachers, faculty, and staff; (ii) adoption of operational policies; (iii) legal actions to secure school assets. Meeting to include closed session pursuant to G.S. 143-381.11(a)(3) to consult with legal counsel and to preserve the attorney-client privilege.
